Our website grants you non-exclusive limited license to use the web templates and other products sold through our website (http://www.freshlimesoda.us) by Fresh Lime Soda (the “products”) in accordance with these Terms & Conditions (the “license”) issued by our company. We reserve the right to update, revise or append the Terms of Service at any time by posting such modifications for public view. All our themes are licensed under the GNU general public license. You may use the theme on as many websites as they like. Many of our themes use JavaScript libraries, which may carry their own license. The Javascript libraries that carry their own license are therefore not licensed as GPL
The graphic design files for our themes come packaged seperately and are not GPL licensed. They are licensed and copyrighted under FreshLimeSoda.us. You are not allowed to redistribute these files in any way.
You are authorized to make any necessary modification(s) to our templates to fit your purposes. As the themes are licensed under GNU license, you may re-distribute or release any modifications as GPL. It is always appreciated if you keep our credit text
You may not place any of our products, modified or unmodified, on a diskette, CD, website or any other medium and offer them for re-distribution or re-sale of any kind without prior written consent from Fresh Lime Soda. Please contact us if you require any more clarification.
All templates are always designed to be compatible with the latest available version of WordPress, but we can give no guarantee, that older templates will run with future versions of WP. We are however committed to doing our best to make all the themes compatible with future releases of WordPress. We will keep relasing updates as and when we find incompatibilites and you are authorized for FREE updates 1 year from the purchase date.
After we have succesfully received your payment, your template download link wil be emailed to the email address you provide during your Paypal checkout. We will also create an account for you (if it does not exists) and email you the credentials for logging into Fresh Lime Soda where you can find all your downloads upto 1 year from your purchase date. Upon logging in with the provided credentials, you will have instant access to your purchased themes and the support forum. This may take up 4 hours from your purchase time but usually happens within minutes. If you do not receive an email after this time period, contact us through this website. You will recieve an email from Paypal which you can use a purchase reciept and no other reciepts will be emailed from Fresh Lime Soda.
You may not claim intellectual or exclusive ownership to any of our products, modified or unmodified. All products are property of Fresh Lime Soda. Our products are provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, either expressed or implied. In no event shall our juridical person be liable for any damages including, but not limited to, direct, indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages or other losses arising out of the use of or inability to use our products.
Since Fresh Lime Soda is offering non-tangible irrevocable, digital goods we do not issue refunds after the induvidual theme purchase is made, which you are responsible for understanding upon purchaing at our site.
Fresh Lime Soda offers these templates and designs ‘as is’, with no implied meaning that they will function exactly as you wish or with all 3rd party components and plugins. Further, we offer no support via email or otherwise for installation, customization, administration of WordPress itself. Only Fresh Lime Soda customers will receive access to download section. We will only provide assistance with technical queries via email and on the support forum.
Fresh Lime Soda reserves the right at any time and from time to time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, a theme (or any part thereof) with or without notice. Prices of all products are subject to change upon 30 days notice from us. Such notice may be provided at any time by posting the changes to the Fresh Lime Soda website.
Fresh Lime Soda does not warranty or guarantee these templates in any manner. We cannot guarantee they will function with all 3rd party components, plugins or web browsers. Browser compatibility should be tested against the demonstration templates on the demo server. Please ensure that the browsers you use will work with the templates as we can not guarantee that Fresh Lime Soda templates will work with all browser combinations.
