Fresh>Homes – Brainstorming

I have been searching from past couple of days and haven’t found a great Real Estate theme for wordpress. And so I started brainstorming about it and here are some of the things I can think will be great in a perfect Real Estate theme.
Lets call it “Fresh>Homes”
The theme should feature following things…
- Houses on a map using Google Maps
- Custom panel in POST section to add specific details such as Address, Price, Bedrooms, Bathrooms, Area, etc
- Integrate with Zillow or other services to pull data regarding the home
- Allow multiple images to setup a gallery for the house… More like Virtual tour.
- Customized Search which allows searching inside the specific details added via post panel.

We’re really interested in this theme, but from the point of view of vacation rentals – there’s a large market for a good WordPress product, rather than like ours (which is just a tweak on a good theme).

but it’s a different concept from yours, and a calendar is essential.
Would be very interested in working with you as a potential user, with constructive criticism.
