The theme should feature following things…

• Houses on a map using Google Maps
• Custom panel in POST section to add specific details such as Address, Price, Bedrooms, Bathrooms, Area, etc
• Integrate with Zillow or other services to pull data regarding the home
• Allow multiple images to setup a gallery for the house… More like Virtual tour.
• Customized Search which allows searching inside the specific details added via post panel.

A picture is worth a thousand words and so a good wordpress theme has to have a lot of images. I usually use the function below which I can call from my theme pages to retrieve an image for an post.
